The Brookside Inn - Ludlow

Comfortable beds made for a restful night's sleep.

Upon entering the room, I noticed an unpleasant odor. Despite opening the window, the smell lingered for hours. The room was dated, and it didn't have Wi-Fi or clear instructions for the TV and air conditioning.

I visited Ludlow for shopping and had a real good experience at this hotel. I was here for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with home cooked meals. The venue was in an absolutely perfect location, in the middle of jackson. Food was amazing and outstanding; the staff were amicable!

we got a room with a bathtub. everything was good and the staff was helpful and attentive. location: the hotel was near to a great cafe as well as outstanding restaurant featuring homemade breads and desserts.

It was just a great match for a weekend escape in Ludlow with extraordinarily good value for money. The friendly staff made checking in easy and cute and the small store had nice locally made products. Try asking for fruit options during breakfast for a healthier start to the day.

We loved the restaurant with its wonderful food and great variety on the menu. The prime rib was really good and just as amazing as everyone claimed it would be. Our room wassuper clean and cozy.

The check-in process was confusing as the main area was closed, leading to a delayed start to our stay.

The Superior Double Room was comfortable and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the delicious offerings at the restaurant, particularly the prime rib, which was everything I'd hoped for. I found the outside lights too bright for my liking, making it harder for a light sleeper like me to rest well.

The air conditioning unit was tricky to manage, leading to some discomfort, and there was no hair dryer available, inconvenient. The check-in process, being located in the restaurant, felt a bit confusing as well.
